De Bethune DB25 PERPETUAL CALENDAR DB25QPARS1 Replica Watch
Experience De Bethune DB25 World Traveler for yourself
De Bethune recently launched its first dual time zone watch, and like all other timepieces, DB25 World Traveler is built to the highest standards.
are always unusual and gorgeous, even with direct complications. This is the case with DB25 World Traveler, a well-designed dual time zone watch.
The functionality of DB25 World Traveler is easy to understand. The 8 o'clock pusher advances the local time display consisting of the city disk and the second time indicator at 1 hour intervals. The local time indicator is not just the hand, but the two halves of pink gold and blue steel. This is a feature borrowed from De Bethune's spherical moon phase, which is a brand logo.
Day and night are represented by two halves of the sphere - pink gold for daylight and blue steel for night. This is not absolutely necessary, as the 24-hour scale of the family time track has distinguished between day and night, but this is an amazing detail. The only drawback of the sphere is the height it requires, which makes the case relatively thick, 13.7 mm.
Not all 24 time zones have corresponding cities on the dial, making them asymmetrical. The length of the city name is also different, resulting in different font sizes and kerning of the urban font (the spacing between the letters), which makes people seem to be out of balance. The local time is displayed on the center hand; the hour hand can be advanced through the crown at one hour intervals. At the very edge of the dial is a small pointer and the date is a bit small.

The proximity dial offers a wide range of high quality finishes. For example, the numbers for hours and dates are engraved and filled with black lacquer. Although the chapter ring is matte and grain-finished, the city disc is engraved with beautiful concentric guilloché. Each city's edge is marked with a blue steel ball, embedded in a pink gold-plated ring, and the color is mirrored by a date ring.
The details are more refined from the back. The triangular triangular bridge is made of stainless steel and has a polished finish for excellent mirror finish. At its center, De Bethune has adopted a new finished technology that is basically based on the Cotes de Geneve stripe.
Although the silver tones of the movement are almost monochromatic, the three-layer chute damper (inverted V-shaped) and the blue steel components of the horizontal balance bridge stand out. The balance bridge is mirror polished and the blue tone is slightly different.
The balance wheel is one of De Bethune's own balance wheels, a patented titanium balance with a platinum weight that balances. The silicon escape wheel is barely visible next to the balance point.
Like most other De Bethune watches, the DB25 World Traveler is large and 45 mm in diameter. It currently only offers platinum. Like most other De Bethune , the DB25 World Traveller is expensive, but the structure and decorative quality are extremely high, which can alleviate this effect.
